Naijabet draws a few thousand searches a month in Nigeria, but many of them are not really about this brand. People type "naija bet9ja", "old naijabet" or "naijabet old mobile" while looking for Bet9ja or for the NaijaBet they used years ago. This Naijabet review explains what naijabet.com is today, how its bonus and payments work, and why we rate it low. It is based on the site's own promotions and casino pages and on older Nigerian coverage; we have not funded an account. 18+ only.
Naijabet, Bet9ja and the old NaijaBet are three different things
- Bet9ja is a separate, licensed Nigerian bookmaker. Searches like "naija bet9ja mobile" and "old naija bet9ja" usually mean Bet9ja's old mobile site; see our Bet9ja review.
- The old NaijaBet was a Nigerian bookmaker that Nigerian coverage links to Kreativ Integrated Concepts and Management Ltd. We have found no clear link between that company and the current site.
- Today's naijabet.com is a crypto-funded sportsbook and casino. That is what this review covers.
If you had an account with the old NaijaBet, do not assume your login or balance carries over to the new site.
How naijabet.com works: USDT in, USDT or naira out
Deposits on the current site are made in USDT, a dollar stablecoin, and withdrawals can go out as USDT or through local methods. That puts it closer to an offshore crypto bookmaker than to a Nigerian sportsbook. The methods on our record are USDT. You need a crypto wallet or exchange account to deposit, and every transfer is final: send to a wrong address or network and the money is gone. Copy the deposit address from the cashier itself, and check the network matches the one your wallet uses.
The Naijabet welcome bonus and e-naira
The promotions page advertises a three-stage deposit bonus plus a sign-up bonus. The current wording on our record is: 100% up to N1,000,000 on 1st deposit, 50% on 2nd, 25% on 3rd, plus 40,000 e-naira sign-up bonus (bonus in e-naira, 3x at odds 1.90+). Two details matter. First, the bonus is credited in what the site calls e-naira, a bonus balance that is not cash and cannot be withdrawn until it has been wagered. Second, the rollover asks you to bet that bonus several times at a fairly high minimum price, which is hard to complete without heavy losses. The minimum deposit to unlock it is in the facts box. Searches for a "naijabet promo code" have no confirmed answer; we have not seen a code on the promotions page.
Naijabet casino: own crash games, no Aviator
The casino lobby is small, around a hundred titles when we checked the public page, mostly slots from Mancala Gaming plus the site's own crash games. Aviator is not in the lobby, so if that is the game you want, look at our Aviator sites page instead. Crash games are random whichever studio makes them.
Naijabet app and old mobile
An Android app is linked in the site footer as an APK. We have not found a store listing. Our Naijabet app guide explains how to install it from the official link only. There is no separate "old mobile" version of the current site; searches for one usually come from people looking for Bet9ja's old mobile or the older NaijaBet.
Naijabet registration and licence
Signing up is quick, and the first real commitment is the USDT deposit. Before you go that far, note the licence position: we found no licence statement for naijabet.com and no Nigerian regulator mention. The licence line on our record is ; while it is empty, there is no regulator you could complain to. See how we rate for why that weighs so heavily.
Our rating, and where to look instead
Naijabet sits near the bottom of our ranking: no visible licence, crypto-only deposits and a bonus that is hard to clear. If you are a crypto user who understands those risks, keep deposits small. Most Nigerian punters will be better served by a licensed naira bookmaker from our betting sites list, and you can compare offers on our bonuses page.
